The strongest nicotine pouches in the UK right now, measured by the nicotine actually in each pouch, are CUBA Ninja 150mg/g at about 78mg per pouch, followed by ICEBERG Ultra 70mg/g at 56mg per pouch. But the biggest number printed on a can does not always mean the strongest pouch. A "65mg" can can hold less nicotine than a "55.5mg" can, and some "150mg" cans are talking about caffeine, not nicotine.
This ranking continues our earlier guide, why some 20mg pouches feel stronger than 50mg, which explained why strength on paper and strength in your lip can differ. Here we put real numbers side by side, using only figures we can confirm.

Quick answer
- Strongest we can confirm: CUBA Ninja 150mg/g, about 78mg per pouch.
- Runner-up: ICEBERG Ultra 70mg/g, 56mg per pouch.
- Nuclear range picks: Nagazaki Berry Bang (berry) and Nagazaki Frozen Fallout (mint), 32mg per pouch.
- Rule of thumb: mg/g × pouch weight = mg per pouch. Compare per pouch.
- For experienced, high-tolerance adults only. No legal UK strength cap exists yet.

The ranking: strongest nicotine pouches by mg per pouch
Every product below is in our extreme nicotine pouches (51-150mg) or strong nicotine pouches (17-50mg) range. We list the label figure, the nicotine per pouch, and how many pouches are in a can.
| Rank | Pouch | Label strength | Nicotine per pouch | Pouches per can |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | CUBA Ninja 150mg | 150mg/g | about 78mg | 25 |
| 2 | ICEBERG Ultra 70mg | 70mg/g | 56mg (0.8g pouch) | 20 |
| 3 | BAGZ Black 55.5mg | 55.5mg/g | about 39mg | 22 |
| 4 | Nagazaki 65mg | 65mg/g | 32mg | 20 |
| 5 | PABLO Exclusive 50mg | 50mg/g | about 30mg | 20 |
Notice that Nagazaki has a higher label number than BAGZ (65 vs 55.5) but less nicotine per pouch (32mg vs about 39mg). That is exactly why the label alone can mislead.
Why we rank by mg per pouch
Most strong cans print their strength in mg/g: milligrams of nicotine in each gram of pouch. What you actually feel is the mg per pouch: the nicotine in the single pouch under your lip. To get from one to the other, multiply by the pouch weight:
mg/g × pouch weight (g) = mg per pouch

So a 70mg/g ICEBERG pouch weighing 0.8g holds 56mg, while a 65mg/g Nagazaki pouch holds 32mg because the pouch is smaller. For a deeper explanation, read our mg per pouch explained guide.
Two more things affect how strong a pouch feels: moisture (wetter pouches release nicotine faster) and the pH of the filling. That is why two pouches with similar numbers can feel different.
1. CUBA Ninja 150mg/g: about 78mg per pouch
CUBA Ninja is the strongest pouch we can confirm by nicotine per pouch. Each can holds 25 slim, tobacco-free pouches at a 150mg/g concentration, which works out at about 78mg of nicotine per pouch. It also gives you more pouches per can than most extreme brands.
Flavours in stock: Energy, Strawberry, Bubblegum, Pinacolada, Ice Cool, Mint Fresh, Coconut.

2. ICEBERG Ultra 70mg/g: 56mg per pouch
ICEBERG's Ultra tier sits above its 50mg/g Extreme cans. Each 0.8g pouch holds 56mg of nicotine, with 20 pouches per can. The real strength here is choice: ten flavours at the same level.
Flavours in stock: Arasaka, Black, Emerald, Grape, Sour Berries, Sweet Mint, Kiwi Strawberry, Watermelon Mint Gum, Strawberry Banana Gum, Energy.

3. BAGZ Black 55.5mg/g: about 39mg per pouch
BAGZ Black is the top tier of the BAGZ range: 55.5mg/g, roughly 39mg per slim pouch, and 22 pouches per can. It is a good pick if you want extreme strength with drink-style flavours.
Flavours: Cola Max, Mango Lassi, Fruit Punch, Arctic Freeze, Power Mint, Chili Lime, Mojito Lime. See the whole BAGZ nicotine pouches range.
4. Nagazaki 65mg/g: 32mg per pouch
Nagazaki, part of our Nuclear Pouches range, comes in at 65mg/g and 32mg per pouch, with 20 slim, moist pouches per can for a fast release. It is the easiest way into the Nuclear range without going straight to its highest numbers.
- Nagazaki Frozen Fallout 65mg: cool mint and ice.
- Nagazaki Berry Bang 65mg: bold mixed berry.
For the story behind the range, read why Nuclear Pouches exist for a very specific kind of user.
5. PABLO Exclusive 50mg/g: about 30mg per pouch
PABLO Exclusive is one of the best-known strong pouches in the UK: 50mg/g, about 30mg per pouch, 20 pouches per can, in fruit and mint flavours such as Blue Raspberry. Read why experienced users search for PABLO Exclusive Blue Raspberry, or see every strength in our PABLO collection.
High numbers we cannot rank yet
Some cans carry even bigger numbers, but the information we have does not confirm the nicotine per pouch. Rather than guess, we list them separately:
| Pouch | Label figure | Why it is not ranked |
|---|---|---|
| NAGASAKI Grape 150mg and TSAR BOMBA Grape 100mg | 150mg and 100mg | Pouch weight not confirmed. Check stock on the Nuclear Pouches page. |
| STELLAR 150mg | 150mg | Per-pouch figure not confirmed. |
| MAGGIE 60mg | 60mg | Unit (mg/g or per pouch) not confirmed. |
| CUBA Blackline 43mg | 43mg | Unit (mg/g or per pouch) not confirmed. |
If you use any of these, check the can for the unit (mg/g or mg per pouch) and treat them as at least as strong as the pouches ranked above.
Watch out: some "150mg" cans mean caffeine
A few energy pouches are labelled 150mg because of their caffeine content. ICEBERG's 150mg Caffeine cans, for example, are named after their caffeine dose. Always read the product page before you assume "150mg" means nicotine. If it is energy you are after, see our caffeine pouches and the guide to why caffeine pouches are taking off.
Who should not use extreme nicotine pouches
- Anyone under 18. From 29 October 2026 it is illegal to sell them nicotine pouches.
- Anyone who does not already use nicotine.
- Beginners and light users. Start low: see our best strength for beginners.
- Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or with a heart condition, unless a doctor has said otherwise.
If you want to move up in strength, do it one step at a time, and never use two strong pouches at once. There is no legal strength cap in the UK yet; our guide to the 29 October 2026 nicotine pouch law explains what may change.
Signs you have had too much nicotine
Even experienced users can overdo it with very strong pouches. Common signs include nausea, dizziness, a headache, sweating, a racing heart or feeling shaky. If this happens, take the pouch out, drink some water and sit down until it passes. Seek medical help if symptoms are severe or do not settle.
Keep cans closed and out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine can be very dangerous to them, even in small amounts.

Strongest nicotine pouches FAQ
What is the strongest nicotine pouch in the UK?
Measured by nicotine per pouch, the strongest we can confirm is CUBA Ninja 150mg/g, at about 78mg of nicotine per pouch. ICEBERG Ultra 70mg/g is next, at 56mg per pouch.
What does 150mg mean on a nicotine pouch can?
On most strong cans, 150mg means 150mg of nicotine per gram of pouch (150mg/g), not per pouch. A CUBA Ninja 150mg/g pouch holds about 78mg. On some energy pouches, 150mg refers to caffeine instead.
How do I work out nicotine per pouch?
Multiply the strength in mg/g by the pouch weight in grams. For example, a 70mg/g ICEBERG pouch weighing 0.8g contains 56mg of nicotine.
Why is mg per pouch better than mg/g for comparing pouches?
Pouches come in different weights, so two cans with the same mg/g can hold different amounts of nicotine. Mg per pouch tells you how much nicotine is actually in the pouch you use.
Is 65mg stronger than 55.5mg?
Not always. Nagazaki is 65mg/g but has 32mg per pouch, while BAGZ Black is 55.5mg/g with about 39mg per pouch, because the pouches weigh different amounts.
How strong is ICEBERG 70mg?
ICEBERG Ultra is 70mg/g. Each pouch weighs 0.8g, so it contains 56mg of nicotine. There are 20 pouches per can.
How strong is CUBA Ninja 150mg?
CUBA Ninja is 150mg/g, which is about 78mg of nicotine per pouch. Each can holds 25 slim, tobacco-free pouches.
How strong are Nagazaki 65mg pouches?
Nagazaki Frozen Fallout and Berry Bang are 65mg/g, which is 32mg of nicotine per pouch, with 20 pouches per can.
Are Nagasaki 150mg and Tsar Bomba the strongest nicotine pouches?
They carry the highest label figures we sell, 150mg and 100mg, but we have not confirmed their nicotine per pouch, so we list them separately rather than rank them. Check stock on our Nuclear Pouches page.
Is there a legal limit on nicotine pouch strength in the UK?
Not yet. The Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 lets the government set limits on nicotine content, but no maximum strength for nicotine pouches has been set so far.
Who should use extreme strength nicotine pouches?
Only adults aged 18 and over who already use nicotine and have a high tolerance. They are not suitable for beginners, non-users, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
What happens if a nicotine pouch is too strong?
You may feel nauseous, dizzy, sweaty or shaky, or get a headache or racing heart. Remove the pouch, drink water and rest. Seek medical help if symptoms are severe or do not settle.
Why do some strong pouches feel stronger than others with the same number?
Pouch weight, moisture and pH all change how much nicotine is released and how quickly. A moist pouch can feel stronger than a dry one with a similar label figure.
Are ICEBERG 150mg Caffeine pouches 150mg of nicotine?
No. The 150mg in the name of ICEBERG's Caffeine cans refers to caffeine. Always check the product page before assuming a 150mg figure means nicotine.
