Refund policy
We operate a strict returns-based refund policy.
1. Refund eligibility
You qualify for a refund only after the products are returned and physically received at our warehouse. No exceptions.
2. Sellable condition requirement
All returned goods must be in full sellable condition.
This means:
- Unopened
- Not used
- Not scratched or damaged
- Not broken inside or outside
- Pouches must be intact
- Cans must be sealed and undamaged
If the product cannot be resold, we reject the refund.
3. Shipping costs
We never refund shipping costs.
Shipping fees go directly to the courier. We do not keep those funds.
4. Return shipping responsibility
You cover the cost of returning the order to us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
5. Reshipment option
If you want a replacement instead of a refund, we can resend the order.
You must cover the new shipping cost.
6. Lost, delayed, or customs issues
We do not control couriers or customs.
Refunds are issued only after the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
If the parcel is not returned, no refund is issued.
7. Processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
