We operate a strict returns-based refund policy.

You qualify for a refund only after the products are returned and physically received at our warehouse. No exceptions unless stated below.
2. Sellable condition requirement
All returned goods must be in full sellable condition.
This means:
- Unopened
- Not used
- Not scratched or damaged
- Not broken inside or outside
- Pouches intact
- Cans sealed and undamaged
If the product cannot be resold, we reject the refund.
3. Hygiene policy
Due to hygiene reasons, any opened product cannot be returned or refunded.
4. 14-day cancellation (distance selling)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must still meet sellable condition requirements.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Shipping costs
We never refund shipping costs.
Shipping fees go directly to the courier and are non-refundable.
6. Return shipping responsibility
You must cover the cost of returning the order to us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
7. Reshipment option
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can resend the order.
You must cover the new shipping cost.
8. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- You are entitled to a refund or replacement of the item
Proof may be required.
9. Lost or delayed parcels
We do not control couriers or customs.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will investigate with the courier.
10. Non-returned parcels
If a parcel is not returned to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.
11. Processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
