What is past best-before stock?
Every can of nicotine pouches carries a best-before date. It is the maker's guide to how long the pouches stay at their best. When unsold cans pass that date, a shop has two choices: destroy them, or sell them honestly as past best-before stock at a lower price. We choose the second, and we label it clearly on every product page.
The cans on this page are unopened and sealed. They have been kept in cool, dry storage.
Best-before is not the same as use-by
A best-before date is about quality: how fresh the flavour is, how moist the pouch feels and how evenly the nicotine is released. An expiry or use-by date is a different kind of date. Nicotine pouches carry a best-before date, so past best-before does not mean expired.
After the best-before date, a pouch may not be at its best. Flavour can fade, pouches can dry out a little, and the nicotine may feel weaker. We cannot promise exactly the same experience as a fresh can.
Why it is sold at a reduced price
This is ordinary clearance of unsold stock. The lower price reflects that the cans are past their best-before date, not a promotion to get you to try nicotine. That is also why:
- it is sold in bulk only, with a minimum of 10 cans per flavour;
- it is limited to the stock we hold and will not be restocked;
